I Want To Give Them Colour Through A Menu To Separate Players From Each Other. Can We Do This?

Untested at all, but it should work
There is a cvar:
sm_jb_colors
if the value is 0 it will give a random color to every prisoner at roundstart, if its on 1, the !setcolor command will be available for the CT team and they can set color for every player (I've added only 10+1 random so if you want more colors you have to edit it for yourself)

Menu not working. I write !setcolor and before the names of the players comes the color menu. When I select any color, the menu closes and nothing happens.

The menu only opens once. The second time I try it, there's no menu on the screen. And it might be nice if the menu doesn't disappear from the screen after choosing the color.
