then i would need to add HTML tags, witch i'm currently planning ;)

ok, i added HTML, and i think i fixed the error!

- new cvar: GB_waittime - this is the time a user have to wait before he can write again
- new cvar: GB_savepath - this is were the guestbook file get's saved
- new cvar: GB_permission -this is the access a user have to have to write/see the guestbook
- new cvar: GB_filename - this is the name of the guestbook
- new file: GB_config.cfg - config file(put it to config dir)

hmm i have an idea, make an ability that the plugin will upload guestbook.html to a www account, so it could be viewed via http

also it would be nice to write to guestbook via http, but we should figure out a way to synchronize writing from server and writing via webpage
