What makes you think your problem is caused by AMXX?

i dunno that why im put the amxx for question..

its happend only if have player inside, if 0 online i can connect

Well I doubt AMXX is the cause of it, plus that can easily be checked. Just remove AMXX and see if the problem still exist. Does it only happens to you? Are you trying to join from the same computer that is running the server?
