The One Thing i'd really love to see is a way to store the Private Messages to a db
like if i was to do,

sm_pmsay STEAM_0:1:1234567 "hay sam, u are now admin use it well...bla bla bla"
& if the plugin cant find player STEAM_0:1:1234567 on server, it then saves it to a database until player STEAM_0:1:1234567 joins then he gets something like

"Messages From SenderNameHere"
"hay sam, u are now admin use it well...bla bla bla"

if something like that was in this plugin it would be Perfect

also be rly rly rly cool if something like
!pmsay STEAM_0:1:1234567 "hay sam hope u are doing good...bla bla bla"
in chat did the same as sm_pmsay in console
