Someone wanna help me figure out what bugs on the main post have been fixed and can safely be removed from the plugin? I'd like to try to update this a bit, maybe convert it to new syntax as well.

Here a new fix , prevent when a player is scared can spam taunts , i have updated tf2fix plugin and added a single plugin for it

"tf_fix_scare_taunt", "1", "Enables/disables scare taunt fix"

tf2fix version updated 1.4.8_02 old syntax

Edit:
1.4.8_03 new declaration compiled with 1.8 sm (untested let me know if is ok)
