your not uploading all the files included or for some reason the game cannot access them. (file permissions)

Sometimes it also helps to install snapshot versions of sourcemod and/or metamod.

This problem is already fixed. Look here.

PS: If this problem wouldn't been fixed already, I would not fix it, because you are very unfriendly. Not a single word like "Thanks, or Please". If you are unfriendly it is very likely that nobody helps you. Keep that in mind, when talking to developers. Also your bug-report is useless. You are not explaining under which circumstances this bug occurs. I know that this bug occurs when playing specific maps, that are using "teleport" for spawning weapons. So this is a bug of the map, and maybe a bug of the plugin. Nonetheless your information would be useless for any developer, because it is very likely that these developers cannot reproduce your problem based on your information.

Sorry man, i just dont care if people say please or thank you when talking to me because i dont really get anything from it.. they are simply words. I just got straight to the case. But thank you for letting me know how to behave with developers.
I thought its a known issue since i downloaded from first post so i just kinda wanted to bump the thread. Cheers.
