Why would that be any different? Which mod is that?

In CS is suicides the player and in Insurgency it kills them (Only to fix bugs/issues), other than that in other mods it shouldn't be doing anything terribly unusual?

As I said before I do require a few offsets to check things like "EyeAngles" and these do change occasionally from time-to-time but SourceMod should typically have someone submit new values in a reasonable time-frame. If the Offsets are incorrect when it tries to use that function it would crash. I don't think it would be the move feature as like mentioned at least in TF2 there is no Suicide happening.

Exactly. Which is what the (now fixed in CS:S update) bug was. A suicide would crash the server.

How can I see who forced who to spectators, in game? Like this:
"{name} forced player {1} to join the spectator team."
