try first disable any mysql/rank plugins and look again does lag still happen.

Secondly, when you have joined your server, copy this whole line in your own game console and hit enter

Tell us your server upload/download bandwidth.

P.S. I'm using appache, mysql, public csgo, dmffa csgo, and I play from this mashine. All servers use custom rank system wich update data on every kill(death).

P.S.S. I haven't a RAID. I use 1 HDD 7.2k rpm SATA3 :\ but it isn't a problem becouse HDD not hard loads.
