Hello guys. I saw in many Lithuanian servers VIP Plugin (ZR SERVERS). Vip's can put tripmines, are faster etc... Where can I get this plugin? Ok plugin can be without tripmines, but i need that I can make players as a Vips, like admins. I know that there is playerclasses.txt vip class, but I don't know how to set for one person, not for all.

Ok, I want just ask, can i put vip class on one person, not for all. Just like admin, by the IP or STEAM ID? Without plugins
I don't need to hire programers, I can make by my self. Because I am new in SM, CSS and Zombie Reload mod, I thought that ZR has this option

Yes you can. In playerclasses.txt make new human class assignes to VIP group and then in admin_simple.ini file add people and assign to him @VIP class. How to do that, search in this forum.

If you using ZR 3 version, you don't need others plugin to customize player class , programmers and etc...
