How to add the Leap ???! :S

Hi, I have a question !!!!!!!

In my Zombie plague 4.3 Server , I have 5 Zombies.. these:

1- Normal: Balanced

2- Speed: Fast run

3- Strong: Much HP, Heavy weight

4- Light: Low gravity

5- Jumper: Have leap

But the problem is in Jumper,, That I didn't know how to install the "Leap" ..
(The Jumper in \\ Valve>cstrike>models>players>Jumper>Jumper.md l

Please Fully explain,,

In short, I don't know anything about, "How to add extra things to """Zombies"""

Zombie Plague 4.3? This is maybe CS 1.6, not source ;/ FOr 1.6 just downlaod amxx plugin
