Updated to version 15.0725, which simply fixes the bug that caused the plugin to require Updater to be installed.

Updated to 16.0623. This update adds support for the setpause and unpause commands, and fixes the exploit relating to these commands in previous versions.

Updated to version 18.0114.0. This version simply implements the new version of ddhoward_updater, complete with my new domain.

I'm hoping to get all of my plugins downloadable again over the next few days.

Some suggestions ...

- Put option of Automatic Unpause after a certain time;
- Set Limit option to request the Pause;
