Okay, try updating to the latest version, placing the txt file that I mentioned earlier in the sourcemod/configs/ directory, and then change the map.

Applied the update, went into the server, picked Spy, entered a bumpercar and tried using the MEDIC! voice command and typing /honk

When I typed /honk however, the server crashed.

Update to SourceMod 1.6.3-git4584 or newer (git4590 recommend due to gamedata updates) as a game update broke the random number generator in older versions.

I'm running SourceMod 1.7.0-dev+4899, so I doubt the version is the issue.

Yeah his server is using 1.7.0-dev+4899.

Please download and install SM 1.6.3-git4590.

That version is actually rather old, being released at around the same time as 1.6.2-git4559.

There doesn't appear to be a directly corresponding version number, but given that my latest commits bumped it up to 4951, chances are you need a more recent version. Any builds newer than October 29th should have this fixed.

You could use attack3 or the other keys, in addition to the voice cmds
