How can i stop users Using Cl_forwardspeed backspeed sidespeed and it?

i mean say it in console`?

Either:
A. Set any hero that sets speed to 400 or lower. (400 is default cl_ speeds so users that change those cvars wont be any different then a default user that does not)

B. Get HLGuard and set the setting that does not allow users to change those cvars.

Yes.. But my problem is.

Many there playing my server go into concole and say.

Cl_forwardspeed *****
cl_Backspeed *****
cl_Sidespeed *****

And so they walk Very fast
