I have no idea how to take it away but people in my server are coming in and are able to use the uaio_menu in the voting section. They can use the vote commands for changemap, gravity, alltalk, friendly-fire, and c4 timer. How do I take these away?

z flag is for amxx core and only applies to amx_ commands.

UAIO uses a different set of commands and a different admin system for enabling use of such commands. As vvg said, you need to change the group_vote_public in uaio_groups.ini to read:
