Yes...I make the server from the beginning without plugins...only shmod and it's the same problem...
On Non-Steam work but on Steam doesn't work.

Stop running dual protocols and I'm sure it'll work. Vittu only looks at posts that don't need him answering them, he doesn't answer every post.

Dosen't work beacuse of dual protocol..
But I have a friend and he have a SuperHero server and he using dual protocol.It's possible?How?
He doesn't want to tell me.

You wrote that you disabled the dual protocol. Why would you do that if you are running with it?

Running dual protocol is illegal and is therefor not supported. If you want to do illegal stuff, here is not the place to ask. Ask your friend how he got it to work.
