sup guys i need your help

i have in my PC Windows 7 64 and i just bought a cs 1.6 steam game and when i wanted to play using OpenGL the game become so slow really slow af and i can't even move but when i use Software it works fine with no lag but sh*t video graphic please give me a solution and thank you in advance

Why? V-Sync just caps your FPS at your monitor's refresh rate.

Well if he has a good pc to run 1.6 at max graphics with 100+ fps then turn off vertical sync, even tho it adjustes to monitor's refresh rate you can still notice the lag when you start bhoping, quick awping and some other stuff.
If he owns a crap pc which has a 32 mb GPU, than sorry just play on soft'wear' have fun.

Actually, that's the point of V-Sync, you should use it if you have a good rig, so if you have a 60 hz Monitor and a PC that can handle more than 60 FPS, just use V-Sync, it will reduce some screen tearing. There's no reason to use V-Sync if your rig can't even pass your monitor's refresh rate.
