You're doing localhost, so it won't show an IP - same as if you ban yourself from a Listen server it shows no IP and no flag.

With the latest version since is a lan ip (cant determine country) atleast you will get a unknown flag.

You can edit it easily it in cfg file. Find the correct index for the country and solved, and let me know for add it to the repo too.

Latvian Flag proportion is so bad also its looks like Austria flag little bit . real flag proportion is - 2:1:2
