PHPBB Styles

I have a PHPBB board up and running thanx to www.quickfox.org which gives you 150 mb of space and an auto-install of PHPBB, YABB, or IPB ( i chose phpbb ) but I need something for it. I don't know how to upload a custom style to it. it says the directions are to unpack the fiile to a directory and then upload it to the templates folder but I have no idea what that means. I know what the templates directory is (and where) but I don't know what the unpack to a directory means (or how). If anyone could help me out that's be great! Someone HERE has to know...PHPBB support boards kind of suck, they idnd't really help me
