Error occurs several times a day. At the end of the map there is a vote. We chose a new map.
However, the map changes to an old map.

so are you saying this is a new problem with mapchooser? Problems like this are usually because you did not start your server up with a working mapgroup or workshop_collection.. If you could show a more complete console output during a mapchange...

server csgo ? if yes, delete nextmap.smx and retry
