i dont know about you but it looks to me like shero_amxx.dll is running fine

My bad missed that...
But you might want to enable AmxModX...

amxx is a metamod plugin, it looks like he typed amxx modules in console and not meta list. therefore amxx would be running since those modules showed up.

Sorry to bug but i cant get the menu to come up when i type showmenu it says
[SH] you have no hero slots

it has no loged errors

you are level 0, thus, you have no hero slots open.
