[REQ] TF2 Double Jump for ANY Class

Howdy all, I'm currently running a 24/7 zombie fortress server for Team Fortress 2 and would like to give V.I.P's / Donors / Clan Members the ability to double jump as any class

How much would something like this cost ? I'm looking to have it easily configurable so that all I have to do is input a steam id that is allowed to double jump as any class. Thanks
