And your servers are hosted with nfoservers?

If so I had a similar issue setting up sourcebans myself. Since their machines host multiple servers they told me that the MySQL connection out of their servers could be using any IP on the machine. Make sure that you use a wildcard in your allowed host section. It should tell you what the wildcard is on the screen.

An example would be xxx.xxx.xxx.%

% being the wildcard but yours may be different.

So if the server ip is 66.151.138.51 then all I have to do is put 66.151.138.51%

It would be 66.151.138.%

Again though, I'm not sure what cpanel uses as the wild card and it may be a different symbol than %. On the page where you can add hosts to MySQL there should be an example showing what the wild card is.

What the wildcard does is allow access to all IP's from 66.151.138.0-255

EDIT: Just checked and the cpanel wildcard is % so you would just do 66.151.138.%

You may also want to restart your VPS and make sure you restart the servers after it comes back up.

No, I do not have configserver firewall on my vps.
And yes, the game server was restarted.

I'm not sure what is going on. Based on everything you've done it should be working.

The sqlite stuff isn't needed and doesn't have anything to do with this issue.
