128 possible ?

I would like to ask three 128 tick CS:GO server with 24 slot possible on this config ?

Windows 2012 R2 or Debian 8 ?

CPU: Intel Xeon X5570 @ 2.93GHz (4 Cr / 8 Th)
RAM: 16 GB ECC
HDD: 2 x 750 GB SATA

24 slots @ 128t is way too much for that low clock speed.

How much need?
Win2012R2 or Debian 8 better?

You can run 1 servers per Core.

If you have more than 3Ghz, can set HT On. So you will have 2 servers per Core.
With less than 3Ghz I don't will recommend but can work if not is a DM Server example.

We run more than 500 servers so... Just test and test.

EDIT:

I Forget each server use arround of 700mb of Ram
