Hi, What is the best way to make my server Anti Cheat? I used many ways like ban ip, ban steamId and hardware ban but they can easily unban themself. What is the best solution? Is there any plugin that blocks cheats?

I don't have non-steam server. VAC can't block some cheats

How do they unban themselves? Cheats/hacks are client side, so that shouldn't be possible.

non-steam : steamid they can change it, ip also

If you don't have dproto on your server then steamid ban is enough for hackers as they can't change their Steamid. Maybe some of them have multiple ids. You can try adding Rehlds then it's module Rechecker which checks players files for hacks ( you need to add hack file names in its config. You can find a pre configured one though) but there are consequences when you install Rehlds like modules like Orpheu, okapi etc won't work. Read : https://www.github.com/dreamstalker/rehlds/
