hey guys , I got a plugin wich uses My SQL to save some records

I just need to find a way to get an SQL host to save this ,since I don't know how to use SQL or how to get one (idk anything about SQL , and plugin doesn't run without it), thx xD

Well that's a problem. You will need some kind of hosting, whether you host if yourself or get paid hosting.

Edit: Notice I said paid hosting, because most free hosting does not allow remote connection.

well can I have any way to get a SQL host even fake 1 , I just need the plugin to work >< , it gives error when it cant connect to any host SQL
edit: well can I make it work without this remote connection? , I remember that I opned a host and make it work using ftp ... http://members.000webhost.com

You have windows or linux?

If windows, you can use localhost programs.. such as

wamp server
Appserv

there is more..

as for linux, I really don't know.

You can convert the plugin to nvault, then you wouldn't need MYSQL

No. The game server will need access to your data base in order to save and retrieve the data.

im using widowns , I will try this staff thx , and @wicked I found a host for free it may work , i created this

000webhost doesnt allow remote connection.

localhost is the best method if you don't have a site.
