CSDM 2.1.2 ALWAYS CRASHES AROUND 21 PLAYER OR MORE! HELP

hey, i got a 32 slot servers. 500fps , amx 1.8 newest, and everything is good. but when my server reach 21-25 player server crash, i look in logs no errors or problem. please help me it pissing me off. it is hard to get 22 player in the server.
