Updated to 1.2 , for disabling snow in buildings I need more time.....but I try.....

Observations in TF2 with version 1.3:

1. Getting this warning at console when loading plugin:

WARNING: unable to link sm_snoweffects and sm_snoweffects because one or more is a ConCommand

2. Snow does not always appear. In one example the snow works fine in round 1 but does not appear in round 2. Changing the snoweffects prevent edict crash convar to 1800 still did not force the snow to appear.

3. The snow now correctly disappears when you are indoors or in a cave. Good job!

Would you try out for TF2 this version1.3a please and report back if it solves your issue...?
