You need to disable glove's thirdperson, if you use any Valve's gloves plugin.

I use sm_skin_hl2dm_new. (Deathmatch not Tream Deathmatch)It works good for me. I got the bots to be able to use more then one skin in the bots_0 file. i used this models/alyx/alyx.mdl

{
models/gordon/gordon.mdl

Its works great like that and all,,but before i used the { in the lines it would only bring up 2 of the mdl no mater how many i tryed. So i added { and now it added them random like i wanted,,but the only thing is that the bots act like bodyshifters,,they change their skin every now and then, like if i am aiming at alyx and she/he change skin right in front of me. It kind of cool(thats why i called them SKINSHIFTERS) and dont hurt the server at all. Is there a way to have them bots not changshifting? They did the same thing without using the { in the lines but only would read 2 of the mdl.

This is kinda important and needs a fast fix...

When a player dies he can type !models and let the menu open, change team and pick a model from the opposite team.

Ex:
Im CT but died, open model menu but do not pick any model, change to T side and pick any CT model. Now im a T with CT model.

Please fix >.<

Edit: looks like if you are alive you can open the menu, change team and then pick the model and it still works.

Hi!

I do read that if skins are invisible, something is wrong.

However, my case:

Skins are NOT invisible. I force people to get a skin after 1 sec. And it actually does work..... For some. Other people are just invisible, unless they choose a skin manually via !models

If they choose it, it works, but if they don't and just play, they will be invisible.

What could this be?

Well skins.ini needs to have skins for each team.

If not, you need to be sure that default skins will be applied.

For example if you force skins for bots, but only have specified a CT skin, your terrorists bots will be invisible.
You need to fill forceskinsbots_team2.ini with a default skin like models/player/custom_player/legacy/tm_leet_variantb.mdl.

The same applies to player or admin files.

By skins.ini. I guess we're talking about default_skins.ini ??

I only see "forceskinplayer_team3" and "team2"

Which one is for CT, and which one is for T?

This worked before, however, that was in April. I recently got back doing this server, and updated everything - Now this is not working. If people do !models and choose one I can see them, but if they don't - Well then I cant.

EDIT:
if someone kills an invisible person, the server crashes. However, if they choose a model everything is OK
