i need help , i have a public task and i want it to be called every few moments (such as 5 secs).

You can use set_task() to call your function every 5 seconds.

this was created to respawn every player who bypass limited fps

If the function is being called every 5 seconds as requested then this thread is solved. Search for answers to your other questions and post a new thread (appropriately named) if you are unable to find what you need. Search for a while first though.
