Hello I need help with my server as i am new to the whole CS-GO server scene and Meta/Sourcemod

the current plugins I have installed is

-RankMe
-Hextags
-Advadmin
-Chat-Processor-master
-Simple Connect Message
-SourceBans (plugin only)

Problems i am having with the server

-Hextags shows two tags admin and custom tag {owner}.
-Hextags not doing what its told when i tell it to have flag "z" marked for owner tag, it give to everyone on the server.

-Sometimes map rotation not working and sometimes does work


Map rotation isn't my main issue, my main issue is Hextags and how it given to everyone when i say to give it to "z" or @Admins group.

sourcemod/configs/custom-chatcolors.cfg - delete everything between the parentheses and use hextags.cfg for your tags.

that worked for second tag but people who don't have admin are getting my custom {Owner} tag and iv already specified that flag z which is root flag should be the only one getting that tag.
