Cs 1.6 mixed plugin

Hello after a lot of hard work i am finnaly able to host server from my own house so people can connect and play with me. I have installed amxmodx too but the mixed plugin is not working. I am trying 3 days now reinstalled did everything but still i cant get that plugin work. I really ask for help. I am willing also to pay someone to tell me why its not working or if he can connect throught teamviewer for example. I really dont understand why its not working.

excuse me? its not true what? I am not lieing. I followed every step. I am running amxmod i am admin i can use amxmodmenu i have access on it i put all the files of the folder mixed in cstrike folder i wrote the amx thing to enable it in the plugins . I followed every step 150 times now. I dont understand why its not running-working. I dont know what to do. I really dont. Thats why i said i am willing also to pay someone 150 times trying the same thing and not working u start getting angry ...

you mean i did not enter the mixed script that i downloaded correctly to my server? If thats the problem maybe you know what can i do? I would really appreciate =) It was my dream to host a server from my house it took me so many hours to understand what port forwarding is what static ip is and lot of things that u need to do to host ur server and i cant run a plugin. i feel stupid. I dont know what else to do i really dont.
