[HELP] Decal Map Adverts

Hello AM members.

The extra feature plugin for Mani Admin, "Decal Map Adverts", is really hard to find and i wonder if it is still availible? If so i would love a link and some info on this

Also if it is not out there. Can someone redirect me to another addon that works and can do the same?
