No. This is only about modifying, hooking, etc. with the game's engine.

I think it only takes a recompile to change the offsets. It doesn't change virtual table offsets ofcourse so hamsandwich isn't affected but for non virtual functions is a must.

I've updated Rage to Beta3. It fixes 2 bugs.
Joaquim doesn't have the time to update it nor to deal with Rage for now, mainly because he's a pussy busy.

Sorry removed for now. The example is not appropriate. The author yelled to me why I've added WeaponList and such, being necessary I wanted to fix his original plugin. But such stuff should be done in a module and for that it makes sense, plugin should be deal only with give_item native or whatever. It's like having a native to create a class, at the end, a weapon should be done in a module and that's why I've deleted the post. Will post a more concrete example.
