Is there a possibility to make a plugin to connect to the server will need a minimum rank.

I only know of timers which have access to a rank based connect to a server. If u had smthing that could give points to players someone might make it for u. The easiest would be to use a whitelist or vip only plugin which is basically whitelist anyway.
