and in cs
Couldn't spawn server maps/de_airstrip.bsp
according to Alfred this is when it cant worldspawn

This is happening across all my servers (25)
has anyone else seen this?

w_stick and voiceicon is missing? i believe that is in cs, why would it be missing, are you sure you have the cs mod installed correctly? and de_airstrip cant imagine why that would happen, try checking if your installation is correct.

And what are you running? what plugins, modules etc. cpu spec operating system?

why don't u just tell us if the files exist first

and btw, the first two were dod

files exist..

1 systam dual 3gig xeons
second dual opterons

plugins statndard+amxbans+custom script that writes say messages to database

this happens about once a day

and the maps it does it is random including dust etc
and only sometimes

An update before the server crashes with this error im getting a more interesting one

I have CVS'd a possible fix for this...

Could something be locking something? Try rebooting
