Using SQLite. File data/sqlite/spraymanager.sq3 shows it's size 0kb even I have banned sprays and bans disappear after restart.

one thing that would be nice that u could make is for windows server aswell cause right now of what i have testet it
it only works for linux

That makes no sense.
My SRCDS is a Windows one, by myself I never tested it on Linux, it works with Windows though.

Just install the plugin.
As you see in the OP, it should be added to the first category in your admin menu.

Install, but in the admin menu, it's not there.

I actually have same problem. Didn't care about it because I prefer to use console.
However, I've seen sometimes adminmenu itegration workig but it seems to bee a bit random.

Suggestion:

Having an option to not let players spray over another spray. Sometimes it gets difficult to see who's spray it actually is and then I'm not sure who to ban from spraying.

IIRC then Map Decals should have this functionality but I'm not sure.

Would be great if you could add this
