[Core] Issue with plugins/modules in amxx not loading

I've been running amxx for a while and noticed that every once in a long while none of the plugins and modules would load making commands such as, amx_plugins etc and admins would not load also reserved slots would also break.

I believe it is because of how AMXX switched to start on C_Spawn and unhooks itself on map change for optimization reasons and the hackish way to stop C_Spawn from being called on, stated by BAILOPAN.

There is no known way to reproduce this as far as i know on purpose anyway.

You beat me too it, I was just about to report this.

MetaMod will show AMX MOD X is running however if you do amxx modules or amxx plugins in HLSW you will get 0 plugins loaded, 0 plugins running.

I noticed this happens a few hours after AMXX has been running also.
