buddy what i do is i use insecure command line "disables VAC" then i go into steam and open the game then i let it load all the servers in the world then i prioritize by servers that are not VAC enabled i do this from a different internet type like My main connection is wireless then i jump over to LTE do the same process search for the server. Try that ;)
