everytime i start up my server using amxx and metamodx it makes it freeze, and when i start it up on NEW GAME it freezed while making it, this just happened all of the sudden, does anyone now how to fix it

this is what i have done

Restarted steam
restarted comp
deleting sum unneeded plugins


i have

windows xp service pack 1
cable
amxx
metamodx
hookmod
monstermod

how can i fix this

actualy i found out that everytime i run engine it does that
anyone know what this is?
