i cant seem to find MORe random respawn points for MORE maps? can someone help me?

Create them yourself. ;)

You can use the spawns editor integrated in CSDM.

Or you can Google for spawn files.

Google this: map_name.spawns.cfg
Example: aim_ak_colt.spawns.cfg

(You may find some. Not likely though.)
(There should be a CSDM waypoint database...)
