Decompiler doesn't always give fully coded sma. It'll most likely give you binaries which are also useful in some cases.

People sell amxx because most of the people start leaking plugins here to there, most of the sellers started giving away amxx rather than sma.
And it's just better to write a plugin from scratch. Less tension.
