If you modify the medigun in any way, ubers will reset to 0% when you touch a resupply cabinet. The kritzkreig is not affected by this and can be modified without trouble. Otherwise this works perfectly, the new attribute for the golden wrench is very fun to mess around with.

Is it possible to change a weapons model and/or skin with this?

This extension hooks all resupply events and re-gives the client a new weapon.

Makes me wonder if it is, at all, possible to simply block the resupply from giving the class the weapon it thinks it doesn't have.

In regards to the Golden Wrench.

The Official TF2 Wiki says:

OK, i read through most of this thread...so basically this extension allows you to change a weapons attributes? (Name, description, effects, etc?) Also, on a sort-of unrelated note-What is an extension? (I'm new to sourcemod) ...How does it differ from a plugin?
Also:
Can you make it so everyone can use the weapon you change? For example: If i wanted everyone in my server to be able to use the golden wrench instead of the normal wrench....
If i did do this, would it allow for the skin to change to the golden wrench skin or would it only be the effects of the golden wrench?
Also if i use this will it require players to download a file from my server?

Im sure most of these questions if not all of them have been asked, but i just want to be clear...

You can take a weapon and apply whatever stats you want to it.
Eg, my rocket launcher and add fire retardant, or health regen.

So you could make all wrenches on your server turn people to gold, but they will still look like the normal wrench.
I'm not sure what the possibilities are for changing the wrenches skin to make it look gold.

Cool, i may use this at some point

Is there any way at this point to allow other weapons to have this effect? (I think i read somewhere it only works for normal wrench...is there any way around this?) because i think a huntsman that turned people to gold would be cool.

Nah I tried it on every weapon. Only works on the wrench.
