Freaking awesome idea, but the problems kill the fun

would it be possible, instead of putting them in the blu team, to change just the color/model to blu?

I had the same thought. my only concern is how the game would handle Übercharging the BLU-skinned players. would TF2 end up using the RED Übercharged skin, and switch back to the basic RED skin? maybe the plugin could intercept any skin-changing command for players who opt-in to look BLU and simply add 1 to the parameter, since as it currently is, player model skins are arranged as:
  1. RED
  2. BLU
  3. RED Übercharged
  4. BLU Übercharged
  5. RED Zombie
  6. BLU Zombie
  7. RED Zombie Übercharged
  8. BLU Zombie Übercharged
it's also entirely possible that BLU-skinned players who get killed will leave RED ragdolls, but that's of little importance

That functionality already exists within the mvm_myteam command, though.

Kincyr: The reason I use sendproxy instead of the forced skin netprop is so that I don't have to worry about zombie skins/ubercharge/etc. Valve added m_nForcedSkin on players, which does what the other guy suggested, but if you use that you have to manage all of the skin changes yourself rather than letting the game do it for you.

I'm seeing how much work it is to change it, but eh.

I am sure, it will be much more work, but with the walkingsounds and collisionconfusions it kills all the fun of this plugin. I would do it myself, but i never did skin stuff and have a heap of other stuff to do :/

Latest update seems broke randomization. Because rtd gives only one effect, and this mode put players in blu only. Anyone confirm?
