Yes ReconnectClient it was not enough.ClientCommand works better and new version !sm_map support added.

when the plugin is not used Client Crash=>286
ReconnectClient Client Crash =>74
ClientCommand Client Crash => 2 ( map did not crash when changing. time-out in the middle of the game)

When I kick the player through the admin panel, the map itself changes
