if you update from github , do it completely now (since the steam lib was moved) but i also updated the servers.php to work around the error if the steam master server doesn't respond (it will just skip it then) but at least it should update the server overview.

Anyone having the errors i posted before should update.

that steamcondenser is now a submodule, if you download my repository it should also automaticly download the submodule. Unless i am forgetting something.

For me, it wasn't downloading the steam-condenser automatically, I had to download it extra, now it's working fine.

I tried the same with just downloading the zip, i get the same empty directory.

You must run two commands: git submodule init to initialize your local configuration file, and git submodule update to fetch all the data from that project and check out the appropriate commit listed in your superproject:

But this way the repository from condenser will stay in sync with the live one.

Also he has a new branch with a new way to check versions which will fix the errors with the master server challenges. (will be done later)

I've placed the steam condenser in the lib folder instead, looks better. So that is moved.

Also updated to latest version and it is now using the web-api to check the most recent version of the game instead of the master server query. (this is in fact faster) and this should resolve any other issues when running the servers.php -u on the commandline.

I've also made submodules to growl and twitter, so it might be broken (use at your own risk) since i just did a quick copy and paste, i'll look into it a bit deeper when i have some more time.

Had a l4d2 update yesterday, so the new update method is working but i had some smaller mistakes with the library calls which are fixed now too.
