I need hardcore/child mode for friendlyfire-enabled server.
For example, once player join server he has 50% damage and disabled friendly fire by default. He can type in chat /hardcore cmd and get 100% damage and enabled friendly fire. Player's configuration stored in vault or something and he doesn't need to type /hardcore every time.

no-one's gonna do it for free.

maybe try asking CrazY or someone else reputable in the AMXX community that is willing to do this, this should be a paid task - for sure.
this is a lot of work to do tbh I HOPE no-one's gonna do it for free.

Such a plugin is no more than 30 lines of code. Maybe even less.

Everything you just said is false.

Also, he posted his request in the request section which is the proper thing to do. People should not start randomly PM'ing people about a plugin request. Posting here is the proper way to start.
