On many russian sites I read about GMBans. I use AMXBans. Could someone explain me the difference between them? Also, which is better..?

If AMXBans does what you need then what's the point of investigating anything else?

2. AMXBans is old and is poorly coded.

Because I don't know where to find GMBans. The russian forums are too confusing (to me), and that is why I asked here.

As GMBans is redesigned to support non-steam i highly doubt you will get help for this problem here.
This is, afaik, the only difference between amxbans and GMBans.
