Somewhat related to this thread that I made a while back: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=295700

When I try to change host_timescale for individual players, movement is really choppy unless I have server sv_cheats set to 1 (setting player sv_cheats doesn't work). Thought I was only one with this issue, but after checking out Influx's TAS it seems to have same issue on CS:GO (works on CSS).

Any workaround to get it to work without turning cheats on?

How i do that is i use sm_cvar host_timescale without cheating on 1 and use sm_speed changing the propent to something below or above 1.

I also did removed sv_cheats command flags and turn it to 1 via sm_rcon so no one every notify that it's 1 so then i change host_timescale to anyvalue and also there was a command called sv_allow_legacy_cmd_execution_from_client 1 so you can block ppl from noclip or god on cheat enabled
