need help with music whilst choosing team

I found these files in my SDK Hammer.. And Found out that there are some files with the names

bombplanted.mp3
bombtenseccount.mp3
chooseteam.mp3
deathcam.mp3
lostround.mp3

With different folders of sounds.

Is it possible to modify the ingame sounds like the up listed files.
Is there any plugins out there doing this? Can anyone link it?

Those are csgo music kits.
