Best way to deal with these guys is to play tricks on them as well.
Whenever they ask for your account name and password.
Give your account name but make up your password. And make it extremely long and complex like....

The person will come back and say its not working. Then tell him to change this letter to a capital or lower case then this number was meant to be held with a shift. This usually pisses them off. I do it all the time when someone tries this on me.
